Monday, November 13, 2023, Semarang – Diponegoro University’s (Undip) Faculty of Medicine collaborated with Airlangga University’s Faculty of Medicine to deliver a guest lecture with the topic “Entrepreneurial Mindset a Must For Doctor.” This event will take place in the FK UNDIP Theatrical Room on Monday, November 13th, 2023, from 08.00 to 12.00 WIB.
Dr. Dr. Asra Al Fauzi, S.E, M.M, SP.BS(K), FICS,FACS,IFAANS, an academic with competence in medicine and business from the Faculty of Medicine, Airlangga University, was the resource person on this occasion. Dr. Asra Al Fauzi will speak on the necessity of having an entrepreneurial attitude for medical students in his talk.
The primary goal of this activity is to improve the commercial abilities of Undip Medical Faculty students. Participants must be able to spot possibilities in the face of challenges, take calculated risks, and adapt to dynamic changes in the world of health.
Aside from that, the purpose of this guest lecture is to help establish the attitude or style of thinking that every entrepreneur or successful businessman possesses. Dr. Asra Al Fauzi will discuss his expertise and experience in incorporating commercial aspects into medical practice.
This guest lecture benefits not only students but also teaching staff at the Undip Faculty of Medicine. It is believed that by using a conversation style, contact would develop between resource persons and participants, allowing for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and perspectives on the relevance of having an entrepreneurial mentality in the medical profession.
