Undip Faculty of Medicine Interprofessional Education (IPE) Workshop: Creating Quality Collaboration

Friday, November 30, 2023, Semarang – The Faculty of Medicine at Diponegoro University (Undip) will host an Interprofessional Education (IPE) Workshop to maximize the execution of the IPE program within the Faculty of Medicine. This event will take place on Friday, 30 November 2023, from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB, at the Meeting Room of RSG FK Undip, Building A, 3rd floor.

This workshop’s resource people are experts in various disciplines, including :

  1. Dr. Dr. Hermina Sukmaningtyas, M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K): Presentation of FK Undip’s IPE program implementation policy and its link to Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
  2. Prof. Dr. Dr. Tri Nur Kristina, DMM, M.Kes. : Presentation on IPE implementation, preparation, execution, assessment, and so far successes.
  3. Fatikhu Yatuni Asmara, S.Kp., M.Sc.: Presenting the 2024 IPE Follow-up Plan (RTL), planning IPE activities, administrative preparations, and regulatory changes that must be taken into account.

This activity’s major goals include various aspects :

  1. Explanation of intended objectives from the IPE program, assistance with finance, preparation, and implementation of field activities, collaboration with other sectors such as the City Health Service and Community Health Center, and evaluating Lecturer SKPs and creating IPE at FK Undip.
  2. Presentation on IPE planning, implementation, assessment, and accomplishments thus far, in order to identify difficulties and possibilities for improving program quality.
  3. Ensure that IPE activities at FK Undip go as planned, with assistance from different stakeholders such as the Faculty, Semarang City Health Service, Community Health Center, and Cadre, so that student learning outcomes are suitable and met.

This training is intended for FK Undip IPE Supervisors who will be in charge of accompanying and monitoring student cooperation activities in each group. The Dean’s Decree-appointed FK Undip IPE Coordinator Team will supervise and organize the full IPE activity process for each group. It is believed that this workshop would foster collaboration among professors, students, and other stakeholders in order to develop a high-quality IPE program that benefits all parties.
